Sharon R. Majetich
I was born outside of Chicago, where I lived until I moved to Colorado in 2000. I attended the University of St. Francis. With a Bachelor's degree specializing in the areas of History, Social Sciences and Language Arts I've been able to teach in a number of different class settings. I earned a Masters degree in Reading and Literacy from Lewis University. That degree allowed me to focus on my goal of enhancing students reading and writing skills in my social studies classes. I went to the University of Colorado-Denver where I earned a Masters in Information and Learning Technology. I am currently attending Culinary Arts School to enhance my Family and Consumer Science activitiesIt's allowed me to add new things to my teaching arsenal. I am lucky enough to be a cross-country and track coach at Rocky Heights as running is one of my passions. I also enjoy bicycling, love to cook and bake and am an avid reader. I am an advocate of animal rescue. Ask anytime to see pictures of my mini-dachshunds - Lola and Bella Rae.
