Welcome to 7th Grade Social Studies!

I'm a Colorado native and love this place I call home. My husband and I have two kids who attend Legend High School. Most of our time is spent on the ball field either here in Colorado or traveling. We love the outdoors where we camp, kayak, fish, and hike. 
I have been a teacher in Douglas County for 20 years and have taught for 23 years. (Elementary grades 3-5, 6th grade Language Arts, Dimensions in Literacy, and 6th & and 7th grade Social Studies).

I am so excited to begin another adventure in 7th grade Social Studies!

In Social Studies this year, we'll be exploring the Eastern Hemisphere; history, geography, economics, and civics.
