Welcome to 7th Grade Social Studies!

Jesica Harrington

I'm a Colorado Native and love this place I call home. My husband, Lance, and I have a son and daughter in the Legend feeder. My son, Gunner, is a 8th grader who loves golf, baseball, and rides motocross. My daughter, Makenna, is a sophomore and plays on the Nebraska Gold National Softball Team and Varsity softball at Legend. Most of our time is spent on the ball field either here in Colorado or traveling. We also love the outdoors where we kayak, fish, and hike. 

    

It's hard to believe this is my 20th year of teaching! I have taught the last 18 years in Douglas County where I've taught elementary grades, 6th grade Language Arts, Dimensions in Literacy, and 6th & 7th grade Social Studies.
This is my tenth year at Rocky Heights, and I am so excited to begin another adventure in 7th grade Social Studies!

We'll be exploring the Eastern Hemisphere; history, geography, economics, and civics.
