You spoke and we listened. We are excited to announce our Partners N Parenting Forum experiences. Based on your feedback, we have secured guest speakers to address hot topics identified by YOU, our parent community. Scheduled topics include: Digging Into Executive Functioning, Preparing for High School, How to Fund Post Secondary Education, How to Deal with Anxiety, and Navigating Friendships. Useful Tips & Tricks working with your student will be the focus of each forum.

********Please note, the forums offered on January 14, 2026 (Preparing for High School (5-6 PM) & How To Prepare for Post Secondary Education (6-7 PM)) are very relevant to 8th grade families. Below is information from The College Funding Coach who will be offering their expertise in preparing financially for future education needs.
Dear Rocky Heights Middle School,
We have been working hard to provide college resources for your family. I am excited to announce that Rocky Heights Middle School is hosting the College Funding Coach on Wednesday, January 14th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. The presentation will be offered in-person at Rocky Heights Middle School. This free event is for any family wanting to learn how to pay for college (Preschool - High School).
The College Funding Coach was founded in 2002 to help families better understand the complex strategies for paying for college and making higher education more affordable. Mark DeBord, from The College Funding Coach, is on a mission to help Colorado families pay for their children’s education. This interactive workshop, Little-Known Secrets of Paying for College, teaches parents the rules of the game when it comes to paying for your child’s education.
