Registration Requirements (new and returning students)
- DCSD Student Enrollment — Start the enrollment process. Please note, this is only for students who are not currently enrolled at a DCSD school.
The following documents are required to apply:
- Birth Certificate (State Certified)
- Immunization Records
- Transcript, Last Report Card, or Withdrawal Form
- Proof of Residence —Warranty Deed, Deed of Trust, current Property Tax Notice, Lease Agreement, County Assessor Page or Notarized Proof of Residency letter from the person you are living with.
