A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
This will be my 10th year teaching at Rocky Heights! I have had to privilege of teaching Wellness (PE and health) at each of the 3 grade levels here at school. This year I am super excited to be a part of the Mountaineer Team! 
Here at Rocky Heights I have also coached 2 different spots over my tenure. I have had the opportunity to coach both 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball, at the A, B, and C levels. In the spring time, I have had the opportunity to coach track, focusing on the different relays that we run at each meet. This year I am taking a step away from coaching, but will try to come and cheer on as many game as possible.
I am lucky this year because I have had the privilege of teaching many of the students just 2 years ago! Many of them had me at their 6th grade PE teacher or co-teacher. I'm looking forward to getting back into the classroom, getting to know (and reintroduce) myself to all of you this year!  Let's make 8th grade your best year yet!

OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL:
When I am not at school, I work part time at the Nike outlet in Castle Rock! I love the brand, and I can't complain about the shoes and clothing; they are a nice perk of the job!
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my husband and my family. We ALWAYS like to try and get a couple vacations in throughout the year. Our most favorite place to go is Hawaii, as you could probably guess from my bitmoji above!
