Language Arts: We are going to focus on making solid text supported literary analysis. Students will also start thinking about their self-selected novel for the Q1 study.
Advanced Language Arts: We will continue our analysis of “The Allegory of the Cave.” Students will create an updated version of the allegory and draft a skit with group members. We will then transition into text supported literary analysis.

This week we’ll continue working on the Potential vs Kinetic Energy unit. The quiz over this unit will be next week on block day. Later this week students will be assigned a study guide on Google Classroom that they will need to fill out. Please also remind students to check IC and make sure they don’t have any missing assignments. Also, if your child is ever absent, please have them check the Stream on Google Classroom to see what they missed.
