This week students will continue reading their non-fiction book club books with a focus this week on perspectives and evidence that supports those perspectives. Students will also draft a paragraph on a particular topic presented in their book. Their paragraphs will use a text structure that we learned last week.
In addition to reading and writing, we will cover an analysis strategy called SOAPSTone.

Any student who still needs to take the Seasons Quiz should plan on taking it during team time on Monday or Tuesday.
This week we’ll be continuing to learn about air pressure, wind, and high and low pressure systems. Next and last quiz for this quarter will be next Monday over wind and pressure systems.
