Students will peer review short constructed responses written on Friday. Students will read an article on Poetry’s purpose in the world. Later in the week students will translate a mundane sign, menu, set of instructions, etc. into a poem. Students will also have time to continue their novels in verse reading.

Students who need to make-up the Natural vs. Artificial Selection Quiz should plan on taking the quiz during team time on Tuesday or Wednesday.
This week we’ll be continuing learning our solar system, galaxy, and universe unit and there will be a quiz over this on Friday. There will be a study guide sent out later this week.

This week we will be continuing to look at the Constitutional Convention and the anatomy of the Constitution. Students will have an open note quiz on their Block Day.
