Students will continue reading their book club novels. Students will focus on how the author develops characters with different methods: Speech, Thoughts, Effect on others, Actions, and Looks.
Students will also read “The Lottery” and analyze characterization and setting.
Students will continue developing their personal narrative focusing on major plot points and learn how to properly write dialogue.
