Advanced Language Arts
This week we are continuing our journey into the theme of Truth vs Perception. We will finish analyzing M.C. Escher’s work, “Relativity,” and then jump into Socrates' Allegory of the Cave.
Language Arts
We will continue the StudySync curriculum and strengthen our annotation and summary skills by analyzing Poe’s short story “The Tell-Tale Heart.”

This week students will be examining the characteristics of the three colonial regions. We will be looking at basic categories like agriculture, economy, geography, and lifestyle.

On Monday students completed the Lab Safety Quiz. Students who missed any questions on the quiz will be retaking those questions verbally with Ms. Haney. This week students will be finishing their Teeterboard Lab and getting started on the Kinetic vs. Potential Energy Unit. Please remind students to check the stream of Google Classroom for the daily agenda/announcement.
